Konsulencë arGEar was founded on January 6, 2015, by Gilber Hysaj, who is also the Administrator of this company. We currently employ 3 full-time professionals dedicated to providing exceptional business consulting services.
In our first year, we served 4 companies with the status of "SHPK-Limited Liability Company" and 7 companies with the status of "PF-Physical Person". Today, we proudly administer 16 companies with SHPK status and 21 with PF status.
Our clients operate in various fields including production, processing, trade (imports and exports), and various services. Of the companies with SHPK status, 4 have foreign shareholders and 2 are subsidiaries of international companies.
Since 2021, we've adapted to Albania's tax legislation changes by becoming users of the most widely used fiscal programs operating in the cloud: DEVPOS, BILLS.AL, EASYPOS, ICASH, and SCONNECT.
